James Cameron wants to make second part of Avatar:

The director and screenwriter James Cameron would like to make second part of  its blockbuster film “Avatar,” which premieres in the next days a special edition includes eight minutes of deleted scenes.

“I would like to address two ‘Avatar’ supplementary” Cameron said in an interview published today in the newspaper “Le Figaro”.

The director reveals that “Avatar: Special Edition” show scenes never seen before and will include new creatures and episodes of action.

Cameron confesses that he has taken notes and made sketches for the next two parts of “Avatar”, but at the moment his priority is to finish writing the novel of the film, which will come out between the end of this year and early 2011.

“I do not want anyone to invent anything,” and sign a novel “full of mistakes,” he said in reference to the written version of “Avatar”, the highest grossing film in history with 2,700 million (2,125 million euros) collection.

Also, the U.S. director says it has designed “a large part of the year” to make the conversion to 3D movie “Titanic”, a very expensive “has taken substantial time.”

Regarding its future projects, said he was not especially interested in carrying “Tintin” at the 3D project you are currently working Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson.

He likes most other heroes with whom he has grown up as Spiderman, Hulk, X-Men or Marvel.
