Dr. Conrad Murray of Michael Jackson returns to court:

The Dr. Conrad Murray accused of killing Michael Jackson should return to court Tuesday afternoon.

Dr. Conrad Murray, who faces charges of manslaughter over the death of Jackson in 2009, is scheduled to attend a hearing convened by Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor Los Angeles to see how the lawyers are in their preparations for preliminary hearing, scheduled for January.

During that hearing, the judge will determine whether there is enough evidence to go to trial cardiologist.

Dr. Conrad Murray is charged with providing Jackson a lethal dose of sedatives, including the powerful anesthetic propofol.

He was hired as a staff physician superasrto pop for a series of concerts that it was not enough to perform.
